1. From the arrival of Kyaikthalae village, the CBT management will be responsible for providing accommodation (not for day return) and meals during the stay of the guests including leisure activities as described in the itinerary. The accommodation is a simple local village house with fan and Western toilet and bathroom facilities including hot and cold shower.
   The meals will be simple Burmese meals and toast and butter with coffee or tea.
   Check-out time is 11:00 am and Check-in time is 1:00 pm.
2. The CBT management service ends after lunch on the last day once guests leave Kyaikthalaevillage. Travel agents or individuals themselves must provide the car and sightseeing on the way back from the village as suggested in the itinerary. If individuals need transfer and sightseeing they must book by themselves in advance with the help of CBT community management.
3. Those who wish to bike around can hire a bicycle (free of charge) at CBT house.
   Bicycles must be returned in full working condition as before rental to the lodge.
4. The Do’s and Don’ts at the village regarding our culture and the village traditions will be explained upon arrival and also provide to the agents before arrival.
5. We recommend all clients to obtain the necessary personal baggage, medical, and accident insurance before arrival.
6. There  is  24-hour  electricity with  back-up  generator. The voltage in Myanmar is 220-230 Volts AC. Our lodge has backup generator and multi plug installation.
7. Upon arrival at the international airport, you can buy mobile and internet service through providers MPT, Telenor, and Ooredoo at present. Telenor and Ooredoo service is strong in our CBT village area.
8. Responsibility
   a) Any injury, damage, loss or delay to person or property will not be liable by the CBT lodge.
   b) Additional expenses or inconvenience directly or indirectly or by an service provider or by “force majeure” or other events beyond our control, including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, accidents, pilferage, delays, severe weather, Acts of God or Acts of Government however CBT Management is happy to assist to any way necessary.
9. We have one full-timecommunity manager, one full-time security guard, two full-time gardeners, and one full-time CBT general worker. The rest of the team is part-time villagers who can welcome the visitors, such as four community cleaners, waiters, cooks, and twenty part-time community performers for cultural shows.
